Previous Day information for your corporate accounts is available by 6:00 a.m. CST giving you quick and up-to-date access to set your cash position. This readily available information is a useful forecasting tool as it reveals fluctuations or cycles in your company's account balances.
Same Day transaction information is reported throughout the business day to provide you with information regarding payments allowing you to make strategic financial decisions. Reporting options include controlled disbursement, ACH, incoming wire funds, and lockbox deposit.
Multi-Bank Information enables reporting of all your balances at other banks into a single source to provide your total cash picture in a consistent format. We perform the data gathering for you, increasing accuracy by reducing the risk associated with clerical errors. Totals are available to you early each morning.
Electronic Report Delivery delivers various statements and reports directly to your PC for viewing via the Internet with point and click convenience. Traditional delivery timeframes are eliminated. Reports include Commercial Loan Balances, DDA & Mutual Fund Statements, Account Analysis, ACH Returns & ACH Notice of Change, Return Items, and EDI Statements.
